Balinese Elegance
Cinta is a stylish three-bedroom villa that embodies Bali’s cultural traditions and artistic legacy. Secluded within its own tropical compound, Cinta is a restful retreat for travellers to enjoy quality time out from the demands of modern living.
Open Living
Access into the villa is via a private entrance that reveals the sound of water gently flowing into a lily pond. The open-plan living area is filled with sunlight and the sounds of nature. It is a place to wind down and appreciate the blessing of each new day.
Tropical Serenity
A kitchen alcove filled with all necessary equipment and tableware is discreetly tucked away in a far corner. The dining table, which is literally a solid chuck of polished timber, is a social gathering point and lends itself to long evenings of social interaction with good food, conversation and chilled bottles of wine. A pair of intricately wood carved guardian statues watches over this setting with hands clasped as a gesture of warm hospitality. In another corner is a unique daybed positioned to overlook the serenity of the pond. Its cushions are covered in Bali’s signature black and white chequered cloth that symbolises the balance between the physical and unseen worlds.
Local Artistry
The downstairs living area is a comfortable setting facing the swimming pool with locally handcrafted chairs and other visually appealing aesthetic pieces and artefacts. Here the ceiling cuts away to a mezzanine setting where a wrap-around traditional painting draws the eyes upwards. The delicate beauty of this kamasan style of artistry, which can also be seen in the 17th century Hall of Justice in Klungkung regency, adds a vibrant touch of colour.
Restful Slumber
Identical bedroom suites are located on the ground floor of the villa and showcase the spirit of Balinese workmanships. Canopied beds are placed beneath a feature wall of panelled timber that creates an interesting textured effect and complements all other furnishings. Each room has been designed as a nurturing retreat for nights of restful slumber. Exclusive en-suite bathroom facilities include a generous bathtub and outdoor shower.
Leisure Space
Another living environment with timber floors and a high roof top is located upstairs and is open to embrace the elements. This area reveals a full sized billiard table that will provide hours of recreational fun for travellers of all ages. A giant four-poster daybed is orientated to capture the breeze and provides a quiet niche to read or take pleasure in a leisurely afternoon nap.
Personal Sanctuary
The master bedroom is a sanctuary for adults with its king sized bed, matching timber furnishings and colour scheme of earthy shades. A spa inspired en-suite bathroom features a separate shower recess, stone inlaid bathtub and nurturing amenities to ensure personal bathing indulgence.
